The passenger sissy bar rear backrest is designed to fit Road King, FLHT, FLHX, and FLTR models manufactured between 1997 and 2008, provided that the required Docking Kits are installed. Additionally, the backrest is compatible with FLHTC models from 2006 to 2008 that are equipped with the Detachable Tour-Pak Rack Mounting Kit (P/N 53303-07) and the Docking Hardware Kit (P/N 53803-06). Furthermore, the passenger backrest pad can be fitted on FLHR and FLHT models from 1994 to 1996 that have the Docking Kits installed.

It is important to note that this backrest is not compatible with the Tour Pak docking hardware (Part # 53804-06); instead, a separate backrest docking hardware (Part # 53803-06) is required for the installation of the backrest.

The backrest is also not compatible with Ultra and Classic models.
